Cancellation Policy

Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In an effort to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

•  48-hour advance notice requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to be scheduled.

• No-shows—Anyone who either forgets, or consciously chooses to forego, his or her appointment without notice—for whatever reason—will be considered a “no-show.” That time was reserved for that client and that client only, and it is too late for a substitute; therefore, the client will be charged full price for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

Upon late arrival, a session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow, or to honor other commitments. Depending upon how late the arrival, I will need to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, the client will be responsible for the full scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to you, me, and and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
